ATLANTIC CITY — Four members of Atlantic City Council attended the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation’s 55th Annual Legislative Conference, held Sept. 16–20, 2026, in Washington, D.C.

The gathering brought together lawmakers, advocates and community leaders from across the country to discuss public policy and issues affecting Black communities and other historically underrepresented groups.

Shabazz sat down with Atlantic City Focus to discuss the importance of the conference and importance of the upcoming November 3rd, election. Watch the second of two parts of our interview below.
