One thing I've learned on my wellness journey is that life doesn't stop because we're trying to reach a fitness goal. There will be birthdays. Family reunions. Vacations. Summer cookouts. Date nights. Celebrations. For a long time, I thought I had to choose between enjoying life and staying committed to my health. If I ate something that wasn't part of my plan, I felt like I had failed. Sometimes that one meal turned into one day, one weekend, or even one week of making unhealthy choices because I told myself, "I'll just start over on Monday." Can I coach you through something? You don't have to start over. You simply have to keep going.

One Choice Doesn't Define Your Journey We've all had that moment. You enjoy a cheeseburger at a cookout. You have dessert at a birthday party. You grab ice cream on vacation. Then the guilt starts creeping in. Instead of celebrating the memories you made, you start criticizing yourself. Don't do that. One meal will never erase months of consistency. One weekend won't undo all the work you've put in. What matters most is what you choose next. Your next meal. Your next workout. Your next healthy decision. Progress is built one choice at a time.
