The NAACP - Atlantic City Branch Welcomes Indivisible Atlantic City to Monthly Meeting

The NAACP-Atlantic City Branch regularly meets at Atlantic Cape Community College-Atlantic City Campus on the second Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m. All our welcome but membership is encouraged.

ATLANTIC CITY — On Monday May 12, 2025, at 6:30 p.m., The NAACP-Atlantic City Branch hosted their monthly meeting.

The two-hour session included a Mother's Day welcome, and discussion of last month's Freedom Gala (fundraiser) at The Hard Rock Casino Hotel.

Branch President, Kaleem Shabazz spent a bit of time discussing the importance of the upcoming primary election on June 10, 2025, and the general election in November.

The meeting also welcomed a special guest, Alice Carcilli from Indivisible-Atlantic City-Empathy United. Carcilli discussed the mission of Indivisible. Carcilli also discussed the start, accomplishments and goals of Indivisible Atlantic City.
