PHILADELPHIA -Everyone who loves music knew that when producer and musician Quincy Jones died on November 4, 2024, his music would live on.
Few musicians touched so many genres of music from Jazz to Gospel to Hip Hop and that was just on his 1989 LP, Back On The Block. Q', as Jones was known to both friends and fans, worked with all of the biggest names and voices of the 20th century from Frank Sinatra to Michael Jackson. When Jones was not working with the biggest established artists, he was launching the careers of new artists such as James Ingram.
On Saturday, May 24, 2025, The World Cafe Live and Tasha Fitzgerald Productions celebrate the life, legacy, artistry and movement that was and will forever be Quincy Jones.
