Below she pays tribute to Frankie Beverly performing, Before I Let Go. Sheree goes down into the audience and sings/shares. She realizes that for decades hearing and dancing to Before I Let Go has become more than just listening to a song but a declaration of JOY and COMMUNITY.
She has a one-of-a-kind voice and knows how to put on a show. She is more than a voice and the love she has for music and audience is truly more than just a show.
An Atlantic City Focus, Alternative Soul, Art Beats...Moment from
The Live On Stage Archives.

I always enjoy Barbara Sheree live. still, my favorite Live on Stage Moment with Barbara Sheree, was Memorial Day 2009. I curated a concert on The Atlantic City Boardwalk for The City of Atlantic City.
The day was hot and yet more than 100 people stopped at Kennedy Plaza to enjoy her set. In the middle, it began to rain. The city was ready to pull the plug and go home. However, Sheree continued to serenade her audience, who retreated to the cover of Boardwalk Hall directly across from her stage.
The band played on. Not only did many of the hundred or more people come back to the stage after the rain but even more came. Sheree and her band sang through a rainstorm, without missing a beat or song from her set list.
After the storm, she blessed the crowd with the classic below.
