Rhythm & Spirits Set to Debut in Philadelphia
Lee Sanchez of STW Hospitality and partner, Classic Cake owner, Barry Kratchman have duplicated the elegantly eclectic vibe that was Rhythm & Spirits Atlantic City in Philadelphia.

PHILADELPHIA – Food & Beverage expert Lee Sanchez of STW Hospitality and partner, Classic Cake owner, Barry Kratchman, are bringing the exciting essence of their dynamic duo to Philadelphia with a grand opening for Rhythm & Spirits on October 23, 2025.
They will host a VIP private party from 6-8 p.m. and then doors open to the public at 8 p.m. The contemporary Italian-Spanish-American restaurant first opened on Tennessee Avenue in Atlantic City, but it was always Sanchez’s dream to open in Philadelphia. Now that dream has come true at Suburban Station in the City of Brotherly Love. Together the distinguished entrepreneurs and visionaries have duplicated the elegantly eclectic vibe that was Rhythm & Spirits Atlantic City in Philadelphia, establishing a new upscale yet approachable restaurant and bar destination.

“Many of the Atlantic City customers have homes in the Philadelphia area and always asked if we’d open a Center City location,” Sanchez said. “So, we couldn’t be more thrilled to bring our ‘A.C. Famous’ Rhythm & Spirits to this city’s world-class culinary scene.

Twice the size, the vision for Rhythm & Spirits Philadelphia includes the same innovative, carefully curated food and cocktail menu as the former Atlantic City location and a nearly identical quirky atmosphere. All residents and visitors of Philadelphia can look forward to enjoying award-winning cocktails, exquisite Italian-Spanish-American dishes with a modern spin, and an oasis of trippy, tropical décor all in the heart of the city.

Rhythm & Spirits is taking over Kratchman’s former Classic Cake location at One Penn Center, 1617 John F. Kennedy Blvd.
“There isn’t anything like it in Philadelphia,” said Kratchman, who was born and raised in the city. “The ‘Italian American without the Rules’ menu, signature crafted cocktails and our delicious desserts make for the perfect combination. With its unique atmosphere, Rhythm & Spirits is more than a restaurant and bar. It’s an experience.”
