Postcard from the 2026 Annual Uptown for Life Reunion
Families, friends and former neighbors returned to Oscar McClinton Park for a day of music, memories and fellowship as Uptown 4 Life Reunion brings generations back together in Atlantic City.
ATLANTIC CITY – Generations of Atlantic City residents and former residents gathered at Oscar McClinton Park on Saturday, August 8, 2026, for the annual Uptown 4 Life Reunion.
The event brings together people with connections to Atlantic City’s historic Uptown neighborhoods. While many attendees grew up in Uptown, others built memories there playing baseball, participating in activities at the Police Athletic League when it was located in the neighborhood, or swimming and lifting weights at the Uptown School Complex during Atlantic City Recreation hours.
The reunion began early Saturday as families and friends set up tents and fired up their grills for a day of food, music and fellowship. DJ M2 provided a soundtrack spanning the 1970s through the 2000s as longtime friends reunited, families gathered and hugs were exchanged throughout the park.
