The Boardwalk Improvement Group initiative addresses homelessness, including the removal of encampments, and supports pathways to better lives for affected individuals.
The celebration was held on the newly refurbished thoroughfare – previously declared one of Camden's worst roads – a half-mile connector between heavily trafficked Marlton Pike and Federal Street.
