PLEASANTVILLE – On a crisp fall October morning, approximately 35 people from the Pleasantville area attended The New day FSC Breast Cancer Awareness Walk.
The health and wellness event took place on October 17, 2025, at The Lakes Bay Unity Park in Pleasantville.

The event drew those who walked for Breast Cancer Awareness and those who came to cheer on the walkers.

The event also included local health and wellness organizations that shared important information.

Pleasantville City Council member Joanne Famularo was also among those walking for Breast Cancer Awareness. Famularo is also running for State Assembly in the upcoming November 4, 2025 election.
