Jody Austin Presents Stories of Women in the Armed Services
The stage play will be performed through Veteran's Day Weekend.
PHILADELPHIA – On Saturday, November 8, 2025, writer, film maker, director and veteran, Jody Austin, a former U.S. Air Force medic, presents "Not Without Her Stories."
The play was co-written by Tiffani Dean and will be performed live at the Venis Island Performing Arts Center in Philadelphia.
Not Without Her Stories is a play told in anthology style of various women in the armed services.
Austin and Dean stopped by The Light's Philadelphia's location, WPPM 106.5, to discuss the play's importance. It is the telling of the stories of women combat vets and will be performed on this Saturday Night, November 8th.
