IHART Cares Honors Atlantic City and Shore Town Mothers with Mayor Marty Small at Hard Rock Atlantic City
More than 100 guests gathered in Atlantic City as IHART Cares celebrated outstanding women and mothers from across the shore region while honoring the legacy of philanthropist Rita Mack during the annual Mother’s Day Brunch.
ATLANTIC CITY – On Friday May 15, 2026, the Atlantic City Organization IHART Cares held its annual Mother's Day Brunch at the Hard Rock Atlantic City.
IHART brought together more than one hundred people from Atlantic City and the surrounding shore towns to celebrate each city's accomplished women and mothers.
The awardees were specially chosen by the mayors of each city.
The day was festive but started on a serious and somber note with a moment of silence in honor of Atlantic City businesswoman the late Rita Mack. Mrs. Mack along with her husband Anthony owned and operated several Mc Donald's franchises in Atlantic City and was widely acknowledged for their philanthropy.
