CIVIC ENGAGEMENT: The Atlantic City and Mainland/Pleasantville Branches of The NAACP sponsor a Voter Education/Voter Registration Rally

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. – On Tuesday, September 15th The NAACP Atlantic City Brand teamed up with The Mainland-Pleasantville branch to present the annual Voter Education and Voter Registration Rally at The City Hall in Atlantic City.

The annual event is a bipartisan effort to make sure residents have the information they need regarding The November 3rd election. They also had volunteers who could help residents register to vote.

The rally included music and free hot dogs. This year's rally drew political office holders from both the Democratic and Republican parties to speak to the gathered audience about the importance of voting.

The polls in NJ will be open on election day from 6a.m to 8.pm
Voter Registration Deadline for the General Election is October 13, 2026.
