ATLANTIC CITY – The NAACP Atlantic City branch invites the community to the annual remembrance and celebration of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
It will be held at 10:30 a.m. People are asked to meet at The Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. School Complex located at 17 Marmora Ave., Atlantic City, NJ.
The march will begin at 11:00 a.m. and proceed to City Hall for a brief program in the brand new, Sheila Y. Oliver Plaza.
At noon, the celebration moves to St. James African Methodist Episcopal Church.
Here is the official request for participants from churches, mosques, clergy, fraternities and sororities and other organizations to unite in celebration of Dr. King.
