After comments sparked by a Meek Mill tweet on The Joe Budden Podcast, Mayor Marty Small says he plans to engage directly with Budden and his audience about Atlantic City.
ATLANTIC CITY – Approximately, two weeks ago, during the first week of July, The Joe Budden Podcast episode 940 aired on Youtube, and other podcast platforms.
At the 1-hour and 27-minute mark, a tweet is read by Philly rapper Meek Mill. Meek Mill tweets he need a soft cast for his hand at approximately 6:30pm in Atlantic City and asks for help.
The tweet leads into some questionable comments about Atlantic City.
Eventually, Mayor Marty Small was inclined to respond.
Mayor Small, reached out through his connections and Joe Budden called Small.
