ATLANTIC CITY – On Wednesday, October 22, 2025, some 200 people filled the street at the corner of Arkansas and Michigan avenues.

The community, including other prominent business owners and former Mc Donalds employees, came to celebrate retired Mc Donald's owners Anthony and Rita Mack and witness the street renaming to Rita and Anthony Mack Avenue.

The ceremony was sponsored and lead by Atlantic City Mayor, Marty Small Sr. and members of City Council.

Mrs. Rita Mack thanks the crowd and discusses opening the Mc Donalds franchise in the middle 1980's.

The unveiling was met with cheers and celebration.

After the unveiling the Mack's were awarded their own street sign for their personal display.
