For decades, residents living near the Atlantic County Utilities Authority (ACUA) landfill in Egg Harbor Township have raised concerns about the facility’s impact on their health and quality of life.
Barnes, a Maryland native, addressed more than 40 people at the Invest Atlantic City luncheon on March 27, 2025, at the Envision Center located at 3317 Atlantic Avenue. The focus of the event was to improve Atlantic City for small business owners as soon as possible.
