Atlantic City Launches Free Community Cleanup Program to Help Residents Keep Neighborhoods Clean

ATLANTIC CITY – The City of Atlantic City is making it asier for residents to keep their neighborhoods clean this summer through the Division of Reentry Services' Community Cleanup & Laborer Team, a free initiative that provides cleanup assistance for residential properties throughout the city.

The program connects trained and safety-certified crew members with residents who need help maintaining their properties while supporting the City's ongoing efforts to enhance quality of life and create cleaner, safer neighborhoods.

Available services include:

• Lot and litter cleanup
• Overgrowth and brush removal
• Bulk debris hauling
• Setting trash cans curbside

Backed by the City of Atlantic City's Department of Public Works, the Community Cleanup & Laborer Team is designed to provide a quick, community-driven response to residents' needs, with most service requests addressed within 48 hours. The initiative is coordinated through the City's Division of Reentry Services and reflects Atlantic City's commitment to neighborhood beautification and community engagement.

Clean Communities Program Returns to Atlantic City

From now through the end of September, The Clean Communities program will take place each week, Monday- Wednesday in a different Atlantic City Ward each of those days.
